Contact requests
We process the name, work email, phone number, company, website and information you provide to respond to enquiries and prepare requested assessments or proposals. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or, for general business enquiries, for our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Required fields are identified in the form; without them we may be unable to handle the request.
CRM and business relationships
We may organise contact details, enquiry and proposal history, business interests and service records in a customer relationship management system (CRM). We use this information to follow up requests, manage commercial relationships and coordinate our team’s work. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps requested by you, performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in managing business correspondence and relationships, as applicable. Recording a contact in the CRM does not automatically subscribe that person to marketing.
Email marketing
With your optional consent, we may use your contact details and stated interests to send news, content and offers by email, and organise relevant communication segments in our CRM or email-marketing platform. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact hello@nativestride.io. Withdrawal does not prevent us from responding to requests or sending messages necessary to provide an agreed service.
Advertising and CRM audiences
With the relevant consent, we may use Google and Meta advertising tools for remarketing, campaign measurement and personalised advertising. This includes matching authorised CRM contacts with platform users to create advertising audiences, exclude contacts from campaigns or reach similar audiences. Matching may involve sharing email addresses or phone numbers transformed by hashing; these remain personal data and are not anonymous. Cookie-based advertising follows your advertising preferences in the consent manager. Use of CRM contact details for advertising audiences requires a specific, optional choice for that purpose. You may withdraw either choice at any time; for CRM audiences, contact hello@nativestride.io so that we can stop further use and request removal from the relevant lists.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Fly.io and enquiries are delivered through Google Workspace/Gmail. Authorised staff and providers processing data on our behalf may access information needed to deliver these services. For the purposes described above, we may also use CRM and email-marketing providers and share authorised audience data with Google and Meta. Access is limited to the relevant purpose and subject to applicable data-protection arrangements. The CRM and email-marketing providers are still being selected; we will identify them in this policy before using them. We do not sell your contact details.
Cookies and measurement
Silktide Consent Manager is hosted on this website and stores your choices in your browser’s local storage. Necessary preference storage is enabled; analytics and advertising are optional and initially disabled. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel have been prepared but tracking is not currently installed. No Analytics or Meta tracking cookies are currently set by this integration. We will update this notice and request a fresh choice when tracking is activated.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not result in a commercial relationship are kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Where a relationship follows, records are retained as needed to provide the service, comply with applicable legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. These periods also apply to CRM records. Marketing and CRM audience data are used only while the relevant consent remains valid and the data remain necessary for that purpose; when consent is withdrawn, we stop that use and remove the contact from the relevant active lists. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect your objection. Cookie preferences remain in browser storage until cleared or replaced when we request a new choice.
International processing
Our hosting, email, CRM, email-marketing and advertising providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applying to your data.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact hello@nativestride.io. You may also complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or your local supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
